I have been using sleep/calm as needed for over a year now, and find it to be very effective at helping reduce stress, and increase ease of getting to sleep, and maintaining good sleep. I love the recovadapt products.  I feel it helps me get through each day, boosting my immune system. It helps me stay healthy, especially in wintertime. I have been struggling with sleep since menopause started. I have tried everything. I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and CFS. Not sleeping properly has had a big impact on me. I have tried many things but nothing really worked. Until RecovAdapt Sleep/Calm. It is amazing. It works fast. I fall asleep within a few minutes and only wakes up once during the night and fall asleep again. No groggy feeling in the morning. One night every now and then I forget to take it and still sleeps great. I never want to be without it.
Amazing client service too. When my parcel got damaged in the mail they immediately replaced it. Very helpful.
