Subscription Cancellation Policy

RecovAdapt Subscription Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 2025

At RecovAdapt, we offer a convenient monthly subscription service to support your ongoing wellness journey. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Agreement

  • By purchasing a RecovAdapt monthly subscription, you authorize automatic monthly billing to your selected payment method.

  • Subscriptions require a minimum 2-month commitment.

  • Subscriptions will continue until cancelled according to these terms.

  • Cancellations can only be made after the initial two billing cycles.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Your subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • All charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for the period already billed.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel your subscription:

    1. Log into your account on our website.

    2. Navigate to the Subscription Manager.

    3. Click Cancel next to your active subscription.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

  • Once confirmed, no further payments will be processed, but any paid and pending shipments will still be fulfilled.

4. Pausing or Skipping a Month

  • You may choose to pause or skip a month via your Subscription Manager instead of cancelling.

  • Billing will resume automatically according to your original subscription plan.

5. Minimum Commitment

  • Your subscription requires a minimum of two billing cycles.

  • You cannot cancel your subscription until after these initial two cycles have been completed.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods or for missed shipments due to late cancellation.

  • Any refunds issued due to product issues will follow RecovAdapt’s standard Return & Refund Policy.

7. Changes to Subscription

  • RecovAdapt reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, and terms at any time.

  • You will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
