RecovAdapt Shipping Policy

At RecovAdapt, we aim to process and deliver your orders efficiently and securely. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully for information about processing times, shipping methods, insurance, and delivery procedures.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • We use trusted carriers including Sendle, Australia Post, and Interparcel.

3. International Shipping

  • Transit times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable fees.

4. Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring delivery addresses are correct.

5. Shipping Insurance

  • Each shipment is automatically insured up to $100.

  • Customers may choose to purchase additional insurance at checkout for higher-value orders.

  • If additional insurance is not purchased, liability is limited to $100 per shipment.

6. Delivery & Damage Policy

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their parcel once tracking information has been provided.

  • If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please notify us so we can investigate.

  • For damaged items, customers must provide clear photographs of:

    1. The outer box

    2. The internal packaging

    3. The damaged item

    4. The shipping label

  • These images are required for us to lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or resolution. Claims without sufficient evidence may not be processed.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on location or regulatory requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product can legally be imported into their destination.
