Jay is a health and wellness advocate with a passion for yoga & meditation. He has a background in exercise science & psychology and certification to teach ashtanga yoga, obtained in Dharamsala, India. He is passionate about helping people reach internal well-being.
Naturopath Nathan has over ten years of experience in natural medicine and currently works as a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist at a Holistic Medical Clinic with Doctors, Nurses, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Psychologists and Kinesiologists, His passions are vibrational medicine, hormonal management and human optimisation.
